Meet the Founder Behind Iron & Grace

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’m a Registered Nurse with a background in nutrition, health education, fitness, and women’s wellness. I created Iron & Grace because I saw how many women were stuck in cycles of restriction, confusion, and all-or-nothing thinking. They were trying hard, staying consistent, and doing what they thought they were supposed to do, but still not feeling strong, supported, or confident in their body.

I wanted to create something different.

Iron & Grace brings together wellness, movement, nutrition, hormones, supplements, peptides, and lifestyle habits in a way that feels realistic, practical, and sustainable. This brand was built to help women work with their body instead of against it, and to create a more grounded, supportive path to feeling strong, healthy, and well.
